The desired survey task is defined and divided area wise.
Number of sample forms will be decided for individual area.
The team including Surveyor, Team Manager, logistics is deployed at individual area depending upon the sample size selected.

• Client will issue a formal Authority Letter to conduct survey in decided area for defined time.
• NDA will be signed between Client and DV Research.
• Activities will be carried on start to finish basis.
• The project duration consists of onsite and offsite activities.
• Man day is considered as 8 hours.
• A formal purchase order will be issued on name of DV Research Pvt Ltd.
• A lead time of 3-4 weeks is requested between placing of the Order and initiation of the project.
• The Quote will be valid for 30 days from the date of submission.
• Payment structure: 50% advance . 40% on submission of report. 10% within 30 days of report submission.
• The above rates are for Professional fees including our resource travel and stay at each location during the survey activity only. Taxes, GST or other government duty will be charged as applicable.
